The Carrot Kids app uses no services of its own, has no accounts, and collects no data from users.
All chore and reward data are stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account.
Settings and metadata are stored in your iCloud account.
Statistics and crash reports are only collected by Apple at the platform level, and are only available to Carrot Kids in aggregate, anonymous forms from Apple.
The Carrot Kids website is hosted by Cloudflare, who operates their own services and may collect data when you visit the website. The Carrot Kids app does not communicate with its website except to load the About, Privacy, and Terms pages if you open them.
The statistics and crash reports from Apple are used to improve our apps.
We may disclose any information we have in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
You may access and change your information from the Carrot Kids app directly, or by managing your iCloud data through Apple.
Totally Radical Software, LLC has no access to this data, and no ability to access, change, or delete it. Please contact Apple with any concerns or requests about data stored in iCloud.
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act by default. We have none of your personal information, and therefore we cannot distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
We comply with COPPA by default. We never collect or maintain information from or about individual users of any age. While Carrot Kids is designed for family use and may be used by children, no part of our website or apps collect any personal information from users of any age.
By using our apps and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store information outside of the European Union.
